Homeseeker raises the bar for customer support

New competitor comparison chart demonstrates Homeseeker confidence in new range

Homeseeker Park & Leisure Homes (HP&LH) is so confident of the quality of its recently-launched new range of modern luxury park homes and leisure lodges that it is challenging customers to make direct comparisons with any of its competitors. To help in this endeavour, Homeseeker have launched ‘The Homeseeker Challenge', its new service in the form of a detailed comparison chart that highlights a long list of specifications, features and fittings incorporated as standard into all Homeseeker models.

The extensive Homeseeker Challenge list not only serves to demonstrate the outstanding build quality and exceptional fittings and furnishings options of its new model ranges, but also to reassure customers that Homeseeker represents an unassailable level of build quality and luxury.

Launched at the Lawns and Beaulieu shows in September this year, the first of the new Homeseeker models lived up to expectations when hundreds of potential customers flocked to the Homeseeker exhibition area to experience the new range for themselves.

Some of the practical features included as standard in all Homeseeker park and leisure homes are increased internal floor-to-ceiling height, A-rated security windows and doors, bedroom furniture with 10yr manufacturing guarantee (Hammonds) and a 'Secured By Design' security rating for the property.

Luxury design features include luxury brand designer kitchens, integrated stainless steel appliances, luxury chrome shower enclosures and furniture packs plus fully-fitted carpet and underlay throughout.

Homeseeker also boasts enviable green credentials with the comparison chart including such environmentally-friendly features as 'A' rated windows and doors and ‘A' rated, fully-condensing, high efficiency boilers in all models as standard.

All Homeseeker park and leisure homes are available within the unique Homeseeker ‘Signature' range which is presented in the three quality standards of Bronze, Silver and Gold. These quality standards offer interior and exterior styling options that combine with the huge variety of dimensions, layouts and feature & fitting choices to suit different tastes, lifestyles, plot sizes and budgets.

Energy-saving park options

With a Homeseeker park home you can benefit from a range of further optional money and energy-saving features offered by some parks that will not only help save the environment but also the money in your pocket! These features include:

Rainwater harvesting

A water-butt system that collects rainwater from your roof for 101 uses such as watering the garden, washing your windows and car or giving your dog a drink.

Grey water system

A plumbed-in systems that recycles water from your shower and hand basins for use by your toilet flush system.

Ground source heating

In the right location this eco-friendly system utilises renewable energy stored in the ground to provide one of the most energy-efficient ways of heating your Homeseeker park home. The only energy used by ground source heating systems is electricity to power the pumps which nevertheless deliver three or four times more thermal energy (heat) than is used in electrical energy to drive the system.
