A sense of community

Little London Park - Residential Park

Local residents, Janet and David Taylor are so grateful for the security and community the park offers that they established the park’s first ever newsletter to keep residents informed.
“We have been here since 2008 and felt immediately at home,” Janet said. ‘Everybody is so friendly and supportive. When I had to visit hospital a few years ago for regular sessions of chemotherapy, everyone rallied around and drove me there if David wasn’t available.”

One of the residents who receives Janet and David’s newsletter are nearby neighbours Michael and Pat Day who appreciate the mix of news and residents’ contact information.
“The newsletter keeps us in touch with the comings and goings in the park,” Pat said, “but if you want to keep to yourself, no-one minds and you always know they are there for you if needed.”

Everything you could want

Michael, along with many of the other residents at Little London Park, enjoys the local amenities. He works part time on the toll bridge over the lock up the road at

Energy-saving park options

With a Homeseeker park home you can benefit from a range of further optional money and energy-saving features offered by some parks that will not only help save the environment but also the money in your pocket! These features include:

Rainwater harvesting

A water-butt system that collects rainwater from your roof for 101 uses such as watering the garden, washing your windows and car or giving your dog a drink.

Grey water system

A plumbed-in systems that recycles water from your shower and hand basins for use by your toilet flush system.

Ground source heating

In the right location this eco-friendly system utilises renewable energy stored in the ground to provide one of the most energy-efficient ways of heating your Homeseeker park home. The only energy used by ground source heating systems is electricity to power the pumps which nevertheless deliver three or four times more thermal energy (heat) than is used in electrical energy to drive the system.
