Homeseeker delivers opulent living with the new Graceland

Homeseeker has launched a new park home with luxury living in mind. Designed and equipped to the very highest standards of quality and style, the new Graceland is on display for the first time at the company's Sales Centre in Rushden.

Homeseeker's National Sales Manager, Steve Taylor, said, "We are extremely proud of this magnificent addition to the high end of our park home range. The Graceland has been designed to cosset customers who want to reward themselves with quality and luxury in their retirement after a lifetime of hard work."

Steve added that putting the Graceland on display is only a preview and, as with all new models Homeseeker introduces onto the market, it will undergo an extensive period of refinement and improvements based on customer feedback before its official launch on 22-23 March 2013.

However, the model at the Rushden show village, available to view anytime between 10am-4pm, Monday to Saturday, makes a good start at representing one of the premier models in Homeseeker's growing range of park homes. Long, graceful lines are complemented by generously large bay windows and enhanced by the columned portico right in the centre of this imposing park home.

"The Graceland is the first Homeseeker park home to feature these iconic columns at the front door," Steve admitted. "This distinctive design feature gives an air of quality and charm that firmly establishes it as a very aspirational park home."

This splendid columned entranceway opens into a spacious hallway. A solid wood door leads into the cosy dining area where French doors connect through to the stylish, fully-equipped kitchen with soft-close doors and drawers.

Separated from this dining area by another set of French doors is the large, yet cosy, lounge with flame-effect fire. This stretches the full 20 foot width of the home to give enough space for two comfortable settees or chairs and a coffee table.

The Graceland also offers two large bedrooms (the master bedroom has an en suite) and a separate family bathroom. Typical of the opulence offered by the Graceland, the bathroom features an elegant free-standing bath and an amazing audio-image, multimedia radio mirror.

There is also an extremely useful utility room with its own sink, integrated washing machine and exterior door.
Customers can view the new Graceland at Homeseeker's Sales Centre in Shipton Way, Express Business Park, Rushden, Northants NN10 6GL or call for an appointment and directions.

Energy-saving park options

With a Homeseeker park home you can benefit from a range of further optional money and energy-saving features offered by some parks that will not only help save the environment but also the money in your pocket! These features include:

Rainwater harvesting

A water-butt system that collects rainwater from your roof for 101 uses such as watering the garden, washing your windows and car or giving your dog a drink.

Grey water system

A plumbed-in systems that recycles water from your shower and hand basins for use by your toilet flush system.

Ground source heating

In the right location this eco-friendly system utilises renewable energy stored in the ground to provide one of the most energy-efficient ways of heating your Homeseeker park home. The only energy used by ground source heating systems is electricity to power the pumps which nevertheless deliver three or four times more thermal energy (heat) than is used in electrical energy to drive the system.
