The all-new Rushden sales centre reopens with new model range

Homeseeker Park and Leisure Homes (HP&LH) has announced the reopening of its sales centre in Rushden. Closed in July for redevelopment, the freshly-landscaped and restocked sales centre is now open to the public between 10.00am and 4.00pm.

Conveniently-located beside the company's world-class factory in Northamptonshire in the heart of England, the Rushden sales centre currently features the spacious new Sofia, the versatile new Olympia single and twin models and the beautiful Affinity.

With a distinctive feature gable to the roof and dormer over the side entrance door, the Olympia's optional widths are designed to suit any plot size and budget - making it ideal as a holiday retreat for a small family or as a spacious retirement home for a couple.

The full-width Sofia is the perfect family park home and offers a well-equipped open-plan kitchen/dining room, two ample double bedrooms plus a large storage cupboard in the entrance hall.

Both these new models were revealed for the first time in early September at the Lawns show near Hull and the Beaulieu show on the south coast and represent the very best of the modern, new-look HP&LH portfolio.

As with all models available within the unique Homeseeker ‘Signature' range, Olympia and Sofia are presented in three quality standards represented by Bronze, Silver and Gold. These quality standards offer interior and exterior styling options that combine with the huge variety of dimensions, layouts and feature & fitting choices to suit different tastes, lifestyles, plot sizes and budgets.

All HP&LH models come with the highest possible levels of fixtures and fittings as standard with a huge range of optional design and layout choices to meet specific customer requirements.

HP&LH will be continually adding to its Rushden site as new models are launched. Future new models will be announced on the company's website (homeseekerhomes.co.uk).

Energy-saving park options

With a Homeseeker park home you can benefit from a range of further optional money and energy-saving features offered by some parks that will not only help save the environment but also the money in your pocket! These features include:

Rainwater harvesting

A water-butt system that collects rainwater from your roof for 101 uses such as watering the garden, washing your windows and car or giving your dog a drink.

Grey water system

A plumbed-in systems that recycles water from your shower and hand basins for use by your toilet flush system.

Ground source heating

In the right location this eco-friendly system utilises renewable energy stored in the ground to provide one of the most energy-efficient ways of heating your Homeseeker park home. The only energy used by ground source heating systems is electricity to power the pumps which nevertheless deliver three or four times more thermal energy (heat) than is used in electrical energy to drive the system.
