The Olympia Twin is Homeseeker's high-quality answer for those who have ever thought that luxury lodges were out of their reach or too expensive to own. With its clever open-plan kitchen/dinning/living room layout and two bedrooms (one double and one twin), this fully-featured park home is ideal as a comfortable holiday retreat for a small family or as a spacious retirement home.
The open-plan Olympia also features a newly designed contemporary kitchen island unit with five-burner hob. This not only gives a sense of space and light but is also a practical and clever use of kitchen area. This feature has never been seen in a Homeseeker lodge before, so is another first for the ground-breaking Olympia.
The Olympia also boasts a much larger shower area in the en-suite than lodges of a similar price.

The Olympia Twin is available in Homeseeker's Signature range of park and leisure homes. With a long list of luxury features and fittings as standard in the Bronze level (such as increased internal floor to ceiling height, walnut vanity unit and bath panels and feature wallpaper in lounge/dining/hallway and all bedrooms to name just a few), the Signature range is augmented by the Silver and Gold ranges that take refinement to the next levels.
HP&LH is so confident of the quality of its Signature Range range of modern luxury park homes and leisure lodges that it is challenging customers to make direct comparisons with any of its competitors. The ‘Homeseeker Challenge' is a detailed comparison chart that lists dozens of specifications, features and fittings incorporated as standard into all Homeseeker models.

With a Homeseeker park home you can benefit from a range of further optional money and energy-saving features offered by some parks that will not only help save the environment but also the money in your pocket! These features include:
A water-butt system that collects rainwater from your roof for 101 uses such as watering the garden, washing your windows and car or giving your dog a drink.
A plumbed-in systems that recycles water from your shower and hand basins for use by your toilet flush system.
In the right location this eco-friendly system utilises renewable energy stored in the ground to provide one of the most energy-efficient ways of heating your Homeseeker park home. The only energy used by ground source heating systems is electricity to power the pumps which nevertheless deliver three or four times more thermal energy (heat) than is used in electrical energy to drive the system.
