The revamped space is located at the company's Sales Centre in Rushden where it can benefit customers who visit to select the holiday or residential park home of their choice.
Homeseeker National Sales Manager, Steve Taylor, said: "We have always encouraged our customers to visit our site here at Rushden and we have committed ourselves to giving them the very best service and customer experience while they are here."
The new space and the facilities offered by the Design Studio complement the tour of the factory and show village to provide everything customers could possibly need to select and specify their ideal park home.
Amy Dangerfield, Homeseeker's Customer Sales Consultant, elaborated: "All the features and facilities of the old Design Studio have been upgraded, increased and improved. Customers can now relax in a friendly atmosphere over a cup of tea or coffee with everything they need to select the colour scheme and fittings for their new park home."
The Design Studio offers customers a choice of 15 kitchen unit facings and over 50 worktop styles. They can sit comfortably around a table with Amy or one of her sales colleagues and look through over 50 vinyl flooring and carpet swatches as well as samples of the huge range of soft furnishing fabrics and bathroom/kitchen tiles Homeseeker offers.
"The good thing is that all these choices, except 10 of the kitchen unit facings, are available at no extra cost within our Signature range specification," Amy continued. "So customers can mix and match all the colours, styles and finishes to suit their own personal tastes without having to worry about extra expenses."
The Design Studio is also developing an estate agent corner where associate Homeseeker parks can advertise available plots for sale. This will be a useful addition to the helpful Park Locator service already offered on the Homeseeker website (homeseekerhomes.co.uk) where the customer or sales consultant can instantly identify parks in preferred areas.
The choices offered by the Design Studio are the result of research and investigation by Technical Manager Lee Pearce, Interior Designer, Gaynor Evans-Taylor and Procurement Manager John Carter. These experienced specialists regularly attend leading design shows to ensure that they can offer customers the latest and most innovative designs and ideas.
Customers who have chosen their plots and are seeking to add the finishing touches to their Homeseeker can call the Design Studio on to arrange an appointment anytime during office hours, Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.

With a Homeseeker park home you can benefit from a range of further optional money and energy-saving features offered by some parks that will not only help save the environment but also the money in your pocket! These features include:
A water-butt system that collects rainwater from your roof for 101 uses such as watering the garden, washing your windows and car or giving your dog a drink.
A plumbed-in systems that recycles water from your shower and hand basins for use by your toilet flush system.
In the right location this eco-friendly system utilises renewable energy stored in the ground to provide one of the most energy-efficient ways of heating your Homeseeker park home. The only energy used by ground source heating systems is electricity to power the pumps which nevertheless deliver three or four times more thermal energy (heat) than is used in electrical energy to drive the system.
