A Big Thank You to Homeseeker

Good afternoon Todd and Ernie,

 

Having completed the delivery of the Olympia 48x22, I need to extend some very sincere thanks.

 

Against the back round of a delivery to very demanding situation, please would you accept the following.

 

Todd, your communication skills are professionally outstanding, and always such a pleasure to speak with you as I know what ever we discuss will get done – pronto, vital, when I have a customer relying on me for the same service level. Further, your understanding of our park and what we envision for the future, is paramount, I look forward to a bright future and working with you.

 

Ernie, words are difficult to find the correct “thank you”, your patience, unflappability and getting us seen to instantly was a light in the general darkness of service levels amongst manufacturers in today’s climate.

I hasten to assure you, my Boss and Park Manager, Tom Stobbart and I are working on a minimum base spec for every Homeseeker we order, i.e. all integrated appliances, TV’s in all rooms, and several other things, suitable for the upmarket homes we want to provide our owners on this park.

 

This will enable us to fall comfortably within your normal service cycles in the future.

 

Niki, has been great from the start with us and I can only thanks her for her dedication and very high service level.

 

Dick and Michael, very PRO conscious and proud of Homeseeker. Not only did they teach me a lot, but Dick had my client eating out of his hand  ….  which made my life easier when they left as he got on with Dick, and was rested about the resolved issues.

 

Amy, the way you handled our client at factory was a joy in life I am unlikely to forget, sitting cross legged on the floor with my client’s wife, swatches all over the place and a hive of excitement for my customers, was so important for us. I am able to assure you that they both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We all only get one chance to impress  …..   the first one, bearing in mind that they bought another lodge from me, they took a large Homeseeker ONLY based on their confidence in me and the way I handled their first sale, not forgetting the amazing beauty of the park in the first instance.

 

There was no 48 x 22 Olympia on this park at that time, they stepped out in faith, and the way you handled them was nothing short of awesome, confirming all of the good things I had told them about Homeseeker. They have seen the new Olympia since it arrived, and all that did was complete the very happy anticipation of their new lodge in early April.

 

Your talent is exceptional, I look forward with huge confidence to bringing more clients to meet you and build their dream in your superbly equipped office.

 

Next step is to bring my customers back to see their lodge on the line, I am pleased that we can anticipate that for them in full confidence, thanks to the Homeseeker team.

 

Folks, there is good development taking place here, I really hope to have Homeseeker here in force, and offer up my assurances of doing everything possible to “grow” the working relationship.
