Lee Pearce - Design & Technical Manager

With over 20 years experience in the technical design business, Lee is our Design and Technical Manager. This means Lee and his team not only produce the computer drawings that show you how each room will look (the ‘design' part of Lee's job), but itemise the exact components that have to be ordered to put it all together (the ‘technical' part). This information includes chassis, walls and roof specifications plus all the chosen wallpapers, bench tops, flooring, kitchen appliances along with all the other million and one other details that make your Homeseeker model your very own.
Lee works closely with our Production Department (Darren Bowman) and our Procurement Manager (John Carter) to ensure that the Homeseeker model you have chosen and personalised is the Homeseeker model that is delivered.
Lee lives locally but gets out and about on weekends and holidays with his wife and young children in their classic 1974 Volkswagen camper van. If Lee and his family can have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday lifestyle in a tiny camper van, imagine how comfortable and luxurious he can make your Homeseeker!

The Design Team

Once you have chosen your Homeseeker park home or leisure lodge and told your Homeseeker sales contact how you want it laid out, decorated and fitted, our Design & Technical team takes over. Headed by our Design & Technical Manager (Lee Pearce) these experienced engineers, designers and technicians give you your first glimpse of what your future Homeseeker will look like. Using the latest CAD (Computer Aided Design) software, the Design & Technical team will put all your choices in place to give you wonderful 3-D images of every room in your chosen model to show you exactly what it will look like once it is built.
It then gets technical when all the structural and build specifications have to be accurately measured and itemised before passing on to our Production Department for purchasing and eventual building. This is included in a design pack which covers such details as the chassis drawings, all of the structural information for the timber framing, walls and roof and the bills of materials that goes with it all.
The huge knowledge and experience represented by our Design & Technical team ensures all our models keep with up with current energy efficient techniques and the latest production methods.
